Escort cards escort your guests from your cocktail hour to their table by letting them know which table they’re sitting at. Place cards indicate which seat at the table is theirs. Place cards are required by any event offering a choice of meal.

Spot Calligraphy (e.g. names on printed menus, programs, etc.) starts at $2.00 per name, please inquire for specific projects.
Custom Ink besides black, white and gold +$25.00 (one time fee)
NOTES
Prices are for calligraphy services only. Paper stock and materials for other surfaces are provided by client, (unless otherwise arranged) and shipped back once completed. We provide paper and other surfaces for a fee. Let us know if you need help with this.
There is a minimum order of $100.
Please allow 1-2 weeks/100 cards for completion. Rush fee applies for less than 1 week (or as determined at quote)
When calculating estimated time, don’t forget to account for shipping times (to me and from me) if providing your own paper goods.
Please supply 15-20% extra paper stock to avoid an additional fee.
Non-refundable deposit of 50% of estimated cost is required to reserve your spot on the calendar and for work to begin. Remaining balance due before return shipping can occur.
Pickup and delivery of cards available for FREE within 20 miles of 65202. Client is responsible for any applicable shipping costs. Unless otherwise specified/rush, I will ship economically and provide a tracking number.
Submit guest list via email as a MS Excel or Google sheet spreadsheet file. The Tawny Canvas is happy to provide a guest list template.
